Spring 2018 Worship Survey

Will you assist our Worship Committee as we seek to enhance the worship experience of our faith community? If so, please respond to the survey items below. We invite EVERY PERSON in your household confirmation age or older who attends worship to fill out the survey. Alternately, you can pick up a paper copy in church on Sunday and place in the offertory, return to ushers, or deliver to the church office. Please do so by June 17th.
