Maximize Your Time and Budget the 2021 CEC Hosted Buyer Program

The 2021 Cascadia Educational Conference is the premier location for planners and suppliers to create meaningful connection. A carefully curated mix of planners and suppliers can participate in 9 minute appointments to share business needs and learn about meeting and event options throughout the region.

This two day program will offer complimentary conference registration for approved planners who meet with 12 Suppliers throughout the program dates. 

Hosted Buyer Planner Commitment:

Planners are required to fulfill 12 appointments with suppliers over the course of the Hosted Buyer sessions to obtain complimentary conference registration. A deposit of $100 per planner is required to reserve your place in the program. The deposit will be refunded within fourteen (14) business days from the conference conclusion with minimum required appointments met. Planners that do not meet the minimum required appointments will be charged full conference registration. Cancellation after February 12, 2021 will result in a forfeit of the $100 deposit.
