This survey is one way we can understand what people want, so we can work together to make it happen.

The Spruce Hill Community Association is a volunteer organization of neighbors committed to strengthening the Spruce Hill community and to enhancing the quality of neighborhood life for all residents. Spruce Hill is located within the University City area of West Philadelphia and is bounded by Market Street, Woodland Avenue, S. 38th Street, and S. 46th Street.
