Starting  3 June 2022.  As a companion to the White Paper "Positioning Ethics and Compliance as a Strategic Leader in Times of Stress or Crisis," the mission of the Ready Responsive Resilient Action Group is twofold. The learning component explores the synergistic skills recommended in the Toolkit to build a sustainable workplace culture of integrity. The practices component empowers participants to learn strategies for building resilience when facing stress and crisis both personally and within their workplace. Session facilitators and Toolkit co-creators Suzanne Matthiessen and Kalwant Dhindsa guide participants from awareness into practical action, and provide a platform for lively exchange of ideas.
