Final Report for Neighborhood Sustainability Grant Recipients FY22

The Neighborhood Sustainability Grant was created to inspire creative projects that enhance community sustainability efforts. The grant seeks to foster community partnerships that promote sustainable and healthy lifestyles.

This form is for Neighborhood Sustainability Grant recipients to provide a final report on their project. Recipients are required to submit this report no more than 30 days after the 12 month project period (usually July or August of the following year).

Note: long responses are not required - answers should be in a bulleted list or about one paragraph.
