1. DSAF Satisfaction Survey 2023

  • As a dynamic organization that provides programs and services to Nebraskans with Down syndrome, their families, and those who care for them, the Down Syndrome Association for Families of Nebraska (DSAF) is seeking feedback from our members and the wider community to determine our strengths as well as areas for growth. DSAF strives to treat all members with dignity, respect, and fairness. We also strive to provide valuable and quality services to all members of our community. You can help us by letting us know how well we are doing to achieve these goals.
  • We appreciate the time you are taking to complete this survey, which will provide us with valuable information as to how to move forward as an organization. Your confidential responses will be combined with like responses to give us an overall picture of the health of our organization. Depending on your responses, the survey should take about five minutes to complete.
