Overview

GREETINGS!

Introduction
The Assessment and Evaluation Language Resource Center (AELRC) at Georgetown University would like to invite you to participate in a study about how the Seal of Biliteracy is being implemented across districts in the US. The Seal of Biliteracy is an award given by some states to graduating seniors who show that they can proficiently use two languages. This research survey is designed to gather information related to promotion, access, benefits, and drawbacks of the Seal. We hope that your responses to this survey will help policymakers understand what works and what doesn’t about this new initiative.
