NNOHA is conducting a survey to obtain information about school-based oral health operated by health centers. This survey is an update to our first school-based dental program survey conducted in 2014 and will inform future resources to support health centers in establishing or expanding school-based oral health programs. This survey should take 10-12 minutes to complete. By completing the survey, you are eligible to enter a drawing for a $50 Amazon gift card.
