Therapy Use Under PDGM

The Medicare Home Health patient Driven Groupings Model (PDGM) will take effect on January 1, 2020. One of the main features of PDGM is the dropping of the Utilization Domain making therapy visit volume no longer relevant in the determination of payment rates. NAHC is conducting this survey with the assistance of HealthPRO-Heritage, a national provider of therapy services. We are looking to get a better understanding of home health agencies plans relative to therapy services as we move into PDGM.
