Healthe Care - have your say on management's revised wage offer

HSU Enterprise Bargaining Survey

After three months of delays in bargaining, HealthE Care have come back to the negotiation table and met with your bargaining committee.

HealthE Care have now provided a new and slightly improved wage offer and agreed to a three-year agreement instead of the proposed four years.

The new offer is:

  • July 1 2024: 2.75% - up from 2.5%
  • July 1 2025: 3% - up from 2.5%
  • July 1 2026: 3% - up from 2.5%
