1. About this survey
Pure Leapfrog and Community Energy England are developing a legal toolkit in which modules of guidance, templates and documents will be made available to community energy groups to help smooth the process of delivering projects.
Recent research suggests that community energy groups find it hard to grapple with the legal aspects of community energy projects.
This survey aims to find out in more detail how community energy groups and support partners, such as lawyers, advisors and consultants, feel about legal issues, how these issues have been dealt with in the past, and the types of guidance and documents that you feel would be useful in the future.
The survey should take around 20 minutes to complete.
