2020 MBA Access to Justice Section Survey

The Massachusetts Bar Association’s Access to Justice Section Council is currently working to address issues faced by attorneys and litigants in situations where the client is deaf or hard of hearing. This survey is intended to obtain information from attorneys who have had experience in this area. The survey is anonymous and we welcome your participation.
