Senior Living and Aging Services Leadership Retention

The goal of the Vision Centre is to change the landscape of Senior Living Leadership programs at universities and colleges across the country and expand the talent pipeline with with expanded partnerships and field experiences.

One of the key elements for the Vision Centre is to make sure we have a good understanding of the state of the field, which includes a good idea of retention trends.
