Retail Lab Program Survey

Local business support providers are considering launching a Retail Lab program to be offered to small businesses in Cabarrus and Rowan Counties. The purpose of the program is to assist new and existing businesses to grow their market share and incorporate new revenue streams.

The target customers for the program are entrepreneurs who want to start a retail, food, beverage or entertainment business (both brick-and-mortar and/or e-commerce) and existing retailers that want to expand their market channels through digital marketing and e-commerce or other strategies.

We would like to ask a few questions to better understand the needs of your business so that we can develop a retail lab program that is most beneficial to the businesses in the area.
