2026 CHEROKEE FLAVOR FEST & SILENT AUCTION

THANK YOU for your interest in participating in the Cherokee Flavor Fest & Silent Auction! This event will benefit local nonprofit organizations addressing hunger KNOW(2), Cherokee County Meals on Wheels, Salvation Army and Peach Center Ministries. Here are the details:

The event will take place on Tuesday September 22nd at the Institute of Innovation on the Cherokee Campus of Spartanburg Community College from 5:00 to 7:30 PM. Set up will begin at 3:30 PM. Just make sure you're ready to go at 4:45!

We want to keep the event affordable so tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for students 18 and under, and free for kids 5 and under.

🍴 What You Provide:
- Small portions (tastings) of a signature dish or item - we had ~300 attendees last year
- Staff or volunteers to serve your dish
- Menus, business cards, or promotional materials (optional but encouraged!)

- Table space and setup
- Plates, napkins, and utensils (upon request)
- Promotion across social media, press, and event signage
- Recognition during the event and in our program materials

Guests will bid on silent auction items while enjoying amazing bites – your food will be part of an unforgettable night!

3.A silent auction will be taking place during the event. It is completely optional, but we have to ask! Would you like to provide an item for the auction? If so please describe.
4.Do you have any special requests? Like you need to be close to an outlet or drop cord? We will do our best to accommodate you!
