Morongo Basin Transit Authority Request for Proposal (RFP) #18-01, Multiple Award Joint Procurement for Heavy Duty, Commuter, and Trolley Buses


This form is meant to establish a scope of work from participating and interested agencies who would like to use the procurement options for heavy duty, commuter, and trolley vehicles under upcoming RFP #18-01.  This form must be submitted to CALACT/MBTA in order to participate in RFP #18-01 purchases in the future. Please respond no later than May 31st, 2018. For more information, please call 916-920-8018.
Please fill out the minimum and maximum for any purchases you may make during the contract period. Blank answers will assume "0"

We hereby request to be added to the list of association members to be named as participants on the Multiple Award Joint Procurement RFP that MBTA will soon be releasing to prospective proposers. We currently have projections, based on our Service Planning Process to purchase the quantity of buses identified below and therefore request MBTA to reserve these quantities in its upcoming procurement. Estimates by year are for planning purposes only and do not require purchase of those quantities in any particular year. 

The signature below ensures that an authorized agent of the aforementioned agency has completed this form as required to participate in RFP 18-01 in the future.
