This survey is to find out how interpreting and translating services are being used to help support Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) older people, and their family carers.
The survey will help older people from CALD backgrounds, their carers and aged care providers as they work together to give clients more choice and control required by Consumer Directed Care.
The information you give in this survey is anonymous. It will only be used to help us to understand what is needed to improve interpreting and translating services for aged CALD people.
The information will also help us plan future Interpreting and Translating support for aged CALD people and those providing support services.
