Overview
The Producer Development Programme is a one-day professional development opportunity designed for producers working across mixed career levels, from early career (0–3 years) to mid-career (3+ years) in the Tees Valley.
Taking place at ARC Stockton on the 27th March 2026, the programme aims to support producers at key stages of their development while fostering a shared vision for producing in Tees Valley.
Participants will take part in a curated day of producer-led masterclasses, workshops, and hear from a panel of industry professionals.
Informal networking and structured group sessions will provide space to build connections, reflect on current practice, and explore future opportunities for producing in the region.
The programme will also include an optional cohort social event and attendance to Bus Stop Goths on the 26th March.
Each participant will receive a £175 honorarium in recognition of their time and contribution.
Follow-up mentoring opportunities will be available, offering continued professional support beyond the training day.
We aim to look over applications as they come in, and will close submissions once we've reached our maximum capacity- this will be no later than the 13th March.
