Creating inclusive and welcoming experiences begins with understanding. In this module, you will explore foundational 2SLGBTQIA+ terminology, inclusive language, pronouns, and key concepts commonly associated with gender identity and sexual orientation.

You’ll also be introduced to “Queer 101” concepts that help build awareness, confidence, and respectful communication practices within tourism and hospitality settings.
