Join us every Tuesday at 10 AM for a brisk 1-hour mall walk. This session is open to women of all ages and fitness levels. We’ll finish the walk with a coffee and a social chat.

- Duration: 1 hour (plus post-walk social)
- Where: The Village Mall. Meeting point main gate.
