The Diversity in Leadership programme aims to challenge bias, remove obstacles to attaining leadership roles and to use tools to build confidence in aspiring leaders.

A key element of this programme is coaching for 30 diverse aspiring leaders and Governors, in particular those from a BAME background and those with protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010.

Participants must be a middle or senior manager looking to move to the next leadership level or a governor aspiring for a vice chair or chair's position.

This will enable to panel to make a selection for the limited places. Please note, we can only consider your application if you complete all the questions.

All accepted participants will be asked to sign a coaching agreement and must be available to commit to seven hours’ coaching between October 2020 and February 2021. Coaching will take place virtually and remotely.
