CAAR’s Supplier of the Year Award 2025

AWARD DESCRIPTION

CAAR is recognizing a supplier who excelled in 2025 in serving customers and/or support CAAR as an industry association. Nominations will be made by retailers or supply chain colleagues, with a committee selecting the winner based on accomplishments in customer service, employee relations, innovation, efficiency, safety, environmental stewardship, and community leadership.

NOMINATION CRITERIA:

Customer Service and Satisfaction – Demonstrates excellent customer service and satisfaction, and significant customer retention. A supplier that helps ag retailers become more advanced in product knowledge and sustainability issues related to their products and services. Financial Incentives and market pull-through that promotes customer loyalty to sustainable ag.

Effective Employee Relations – Provides exceptional staff training that helps ag retailers provide customers with best options for product efficacy. Be recognized for its motivated, knowledgeable and helpful team.

Business Innovation, Efficiency and Safety – Promotes and demonstrates the successful application of innovative business practices and new technology to improve ag retail business operations.

Environmental Stewardship – Demonstrates exceptional leadership in good operational stewardship. This could include but not limited to environmental stewardship by meeting or exceeding compliance with environmental regulations and guidelines. Supplier provides retailer with advanced knowledge on responsible agriculture issues related to products and services.

Community and Industry Leadership – Demonstrates exceptional professionalism and leadership in their community and the industry at large through volunteering, sponsorship, or donations all while taking steps to improve the image of the agricultural industry. This could include but not limited to support for CAAR through volunteerism on committees, support of the annual convention and events and/or at the board level.

Member of CAAR – Supplier must be a current member of CAAR in good standing.

The award will be presented at the CAAR 30th Anniversary Gala Banquet on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 in Saskatoon Saskatchewan.

Nominations for the awards close on October 15, 2025.
