Introduction of Survey

The Global Community Resourcing and Community Care Smart Assistive Technology Collaborative team are investigating the use of novel technologies during the COVID-19 pandemic period by community care providers.

We are interested in discovering what new technologies or new applications of existing technologies occurred for your services or directly with your clients since March 2020 and as a direct response to the changed situations during the pandemic.

Who should complete this survey?

The target audience for this survey is community care providers.

Community Care services are defined as personalised health and support services to help individuals to continue living at home safely and independently. These may include aged care, disability care and support and mental health care providers, as well as a range of other primary health care services.

The benefit of completing the survey

This is a valuable survey in that it is aimed at providing a snapshot of how community care providers have implemented and used technology during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We plan to share the results of this survey through the Community Care Smart Assistive Technology Collaborative Platform.
