2019 NAMI Maryland Annual Meeting Proxy Form

The NAMI Maryland Annual Meeting will be held on October 19, 2019. Attendees will have the opportunity to elect the NAMI Maryland Board of Directors. If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may fill out the below proxy form. You must be a NAMI member in Maryland through October 19, 2019 to have your vote counted. Please visit www.namimd.org to renew or become a member.
