In order to collect all of our parent voices we send this survey to ALL our JK - 8 parents. JK-3 parents please complete this online version. Grade 4-8 parents also encouraged to complete this version even if you have mailed in the Official Ministerial Accountability Pillar Survey.

Some helpful advice:
What if a survey question is not applicable?
  • If a question is not applicable or if the respondent does not feel comfortable answering, they should leave the response blank. A blank response does not skew the results negatively.
What does a response of "Don't Know" indicate?
  • A response of "Don't Know" indicates that the respondent feels the question is applicable but they do not know the answer.
  • A "Don't Know" response counts toward the total number of responses received.
  • If a respondent feels a question is not applicable or they do not want to respond, they should leave the response blank.
