Do you have some ideas, issues or comments to raise to YPRL management?

Because of your Enterprise Agreement, you have a YPRL Consultative Committee. This committee is one of the main ways for staff to collectively raise issues and ideas with management.

Recently, two of your three staff reps from the Consultative Committee left the organisation. This means there has been a refresh of the committee. Your committee representatives now are:

- Cecil Lowi-Genn (Ivanhoe Branch)

- Lynne Siejka (Watsonia Branch)

- Crystal Walden (Rosanna & Eltham Branches)

These representatives want to hear from YOU! Please fill in the details below.

Please note: This is an ASU-branded survey (because the ASU members elect the Consultative Committee members), but you do not need to be an ASU member to fill out this survey. The Consultative Committee is for ALL staff to raise issues.

YOUR INPUT:

If you’re not sure whether it’s something that should be raised at Consultative Committee, let us know anyway, and we’ll let you know if there’s a better way for you to raise your issue.
