We are all responsible in being diligent when it comes to social distancing, routine sanitation, and extended health measures at our food access points.

It is vital that everyone act in these efforts together to reduce the spread of COVID-19. The safety and health of our shoppers, our farmers, and our staff is critical – this is our primary concern and if we falter, we will risk being closed down.

For questions regarding the Auburn Farmers Market visit us at www.auburnfarmersmarket.org or email us at farmersmarket@auburnwa.gov.

As a responsible market shopper and example for all, I will:

1.     STAY HOME if I am sick or if I have been in contact with someone who is sick.
2.     Make a shopping list before visiting the market and do my best to stick to my list.
3.     Designate one shopper per household.
4.     Leave my pet at home unless it is a service dog.
5.     Be alert! I will notice modifications and signs and adhere to them.
6.     Maintain 6 feet of space at all times. I will look for physical cues like tape, chalk markings, and signs to help remind me.
7.     Shop quickly and efficiently. I won't chat up my favorite farmer - I will offer them a smile and a wave.
8.     Use the provided hand sanitizer and hand wash stations at the market.
9.     Avoid touching my eyes, nose, mouth, and face in general.
10.   Cover my cough or sneeze with a tissue, then dispose of it. Then wash my hands.
11.   Wear a face covering.
12.   Be the most responsible shopper I can possibly be!
