1. Income Assistance Case Worker/Administrator Survey

Saskatchewan First Nation Family and Community Institute (SFNFCI) is conducting research to inform the federally funded IA program in Saskatchewan. The purpose of this survey is to collect information on the Income Assistance Program on First Nations Reserves. All information collected will remain confidential, be analyzed, and a report will be submitted to Indigenous Services Canada. Please remember your participation is critical, but not mandatory. The survey data collection period if from December 12, 2018- March 12, 2019.
