Leadership qualities

The Santa Clara Valley Water District Board of Directors is currently recruiting for our next Chief Executive Officer and General Manager (CEO/GM). The Board feels it is important to engage Santa Clara County community and solicit your input on the key criteria that the Board should consider as they identify, assess and select the next leader for the organization. The district would very much appreciate if you could take a few moments to share any thoughts on the following questions that will assist the Board in its evaluation process.
