The captive insurance industry increasingly understands the importance of talent to its future prosperity – attracting, keeping, motivating and rewarding the best people.

But one of the keys to success in this is making the sector an attractive place to work for a more diverse talent pool.

The industry has made important strides over the past two decades when it comes to increasing the numbers and proportion of women in the industry. But there is more work to be done if it is to become a true reflection of society and the talent pool available to it. The more diverse a sector and companies are, the greater the range of ideas available.

To champion this concept, both the progress made so far by initiatives such as CICA's Amplify Women programme and the work that still needs to be done, we are planning a special issue of Captive International, designed to recognise and celebrate the achievements of the captive sector's most prominent female leaders.

But we need your help. To ensure we produce the most robust and credible list possible, we are canvassing the industry to help us identify and profile the most pro-active, prominent, and respected female leaders in the industry.

The following survey is designed to allow you - the industry professionals - to nominate peers and colleagues who you believe are transforming the captive sector through their sustained excellence and leadership – and tell us why. The data generated by this process will be collated and will inform the final list of leaders whom we will interview and profile.

All information will be used in strict confidence. We ask for your details only for verification, but you can, should you wish, opt-in to follow-up communications from our research team. The following questions should only take a few minutes of your time, for which we thank you in advance.
