Overview

November is Fall Prevention Month. To raise awareness, the Canadian Academy of Audiology (CAA) is asking Canadian Audiologists, who currently work in clinical practice, to complete this short survey to learn about current fall prevention practices across Canada. Your answers are confidential and the survey will take approximately 3-5 minutes to complete. The results will be published in the "Striking the Right Balance" feature column in the Canadian Audiologist in November, 2017. This project is being conducted by
Janine Verge, Michael Vekasi, Jillian Baxter, Lauren Dunphy, and Dana Song.

Thank you for your participation!
