The Emotional and Behavioral Impact of Covid-19 on Young Athletes

How has this disruption effected the student/athlete mental health?

This survey, targeted at young athletes and their parents, is aimed at starting a dialog on the emotional and behavioral impact that the Covid-19 crisis is causing at home.
This information will be helpful to parents, teachers, coaches and the kids to be more aware of the potential issues.
This is not intended to be a scientific analysis or mental health screening, but it can start a dialog among parents and their children on how to cope and manage through these unprecedented times.
Thank you for helping us with this important research.   We encourage both student/athletes and parents to take this survey separately and then discuss your responses openly and honestly.
All information on this survey is gathered anonymously and no individual survey results are analyzed.
