Covid-19 Business Broadband Impacts Survey | October 2020

The Vermont Department of Public Service is asking business owners/operators to complete this survey to help understand how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected your business operations and your employees’ ability to do their work, related to your Internet usage and needs.
The survey is designed to gather information to help the State develop strategies to close gaps in broadband availability and capacity that were created, or accentuated, by the pandemic.
The data collected by this survey will be NOT be used to sell you anything. Your responses and any information you provide about your business will be kept confidential; data gathered from consumer surveys will only be used in the aggregate.
The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. It should be completed by the person who is in the best position to understand the impacts of COVID-19 on your business and your Internet needs.
