Sponsorship Form

The Olympia Parking and Business Improvement Area (PBIA) is a formal advisory committee to the Olympia City Council representing businesses in downtown Olympia. Click here for more information on the PBIA. 

One of the functions of the PBIA is to support and promote events and activities that enhance the downtown community. The PBIA provides funding for a variety of downtown projects and events hosted by different organizations with this sponsorship process.

To be considered for sponsorship, please complete the form below. Applications will be considered by the PBIA board at their next meeting; the PBIA Board meets the first Wednesday of each month (note: there is no meeting in July of 2023.) Completing this form does not guarantee PBIA sponsorship funds.

The Board's liaison will notify the contact listed on the application of the decision following the next meeting. For questions, please contact pbia@ci.olympia.wa.us.

Note that all PBIA sponsorships will require a PBIA designated logo on promotional materials.
