Town of Provincetown 2020 Hazard Mitigation Planning Survey |
The Town of Provincetown, together with the Cape Cod Commission and other partners, is working to update the Provincetown Hazard Mitigation Plan. The Plan identifies and assesses our community’s natural hazard risks and prioritizes actions which minimize and manage those risks. This survey is an opportunity for you to share your opinions and participate in the hazard planning process. The information you provide will help us better understand your hazard concerns, improve emergency communications, and develop mitigation actions to lessen impacts of future hazard events (i.e. hurricanes, winter storms, etc.). The survey is only 15 questions and will take just a few minutes to complete. Please complete this survey by January 18, 2021. If you have any questions regarding this survey or about the Provincetown Hazard Mitigation Plan, please contact Timothy Famulare, Environmental Planner, at 508-487-7020.
