Key Responsibilities:
Administrative:
To assist Manager Administration in all functions of Security & Protocol. Coordinate / oversee all matters relating to routine Security at Plant site. Organize and supervise the working of Security and Protocol. Perform any task / responsibility assigned by Manager Administration and help in the development of long term / short term plans for Security & Protocol.
Keep under constant review the functions, duties and responsibilities of those reporting to him in order that these can be carried out effectively.
Responsible for preparation, updating of security SOPs and
procedures.
Employees Relationship / Dignity of Labor / Communication
Encourage security company employees to be innovative, creative and to generate ideas for the improvement of security structure and growth of the organization.
Settles grievances of employees to their satisfaction as far as possible, maintains respect and dignity at all levels, and strives to keep the employees moral high for more efficient work.
Maintains both ways communication with employees and security company for effective feedback on all matters.
Technical:
Plan, coordinates and, controls the work of all personnel reporting to him to ensure that the objectives of his section/department are understood and met as per requirement.
Responsible to ensure smooth working of security work force.
Overall Resident Security Incharge at Plant site.
Train and educate all security personnel in performing security duties. Ensure maintenance of all security records.
Keep Manager Administration timely informed on abnormal happenings / any serious security breech or attempt of security breech.
Recommend any modification / changes for revision of security plan / orders / instructions to Manager Administration if and when considered essentia
