We are inviting Wagga Wagga City Council approved Temporary Food Stall holders to submit Expressions of Interest to be involved in Wagga Wagga 2024 New Years Eve Celebrations at Apex Park, Lake Albert on Tuesday 31 December, 6.30pm – 10pm.

Selection process:

Successful food vendor applications will be based on range of criteria including:
  • Menu options and perceived fit the event – think summer time, family friendly, small eats and desserts.
  • Previous experience and ability to cater for large numbers over a short period of time over the duration of the event.
  • Sustainable practices – in line with NSW legislative changes and single use plastics.

Applications close 11.59pm Wednesday 15 November, 2023.

Please note, due to the volume of submissions received, incomplete or late applications will not considered.
Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee your inclusion in this event.

The outcome of the process is decided by Wagga Wagga City Council and successful applicants will be notified of their results by Friday 24 November, 2023.

NEXT STEPS

You will be notified of the result of your application by Friday, 24 November 2023. Successful applicants will then be required to provide further information and documentation including, but not limited to, a certificate of currency, notification of temporary/special events food stall, risk assessment, and agreement of terms and conditions.
