The CALHN Mental Health Clinical Program is currently undertaking a service improvement process to improve mental health care in the CALHN Emergency Departments. A survey has been designed to consult with consumers, carers and members of the community about improving mental health care in the ED. The survey will remain open until the 13th of August

Responses from this survey will inform a Model of Care and contribute to ongoing service improvement
