Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey, which will help bridge the gaps and provide a more complete picture of our national Down syndrome community. The survey serves two purposes:

1. Find the gaps in the map. Identify Down syndrome support organizations - big and small, emerging and longstanding - around the country so that DSAIA can inform families, educators, health professionals, and other Down syndrome stakeholders of the widespread support found coast to coast.
2. Generate a report about the condition, methods, operations and values of DSAIA member organizations so that our affiliates - especially burgeoning ones - can have a guide to the unique characteristics and standard practices that lead to successful Down syndrome organizations.
