1. Member Feedback on Diversity regarding the ILGA-Europe Election Process

During the Annual ILGA-Europe Conference in Cyprus it was agreed that the organisation will review its current governing instruments (Governance Structures, Standing Orders, and Constitution) and embark on a journey to analyse these and bring back amendments to be discussed by the members in the Annual ILGA-Europe Conference in Warsaw in October 2017. Any amendments are expected to be voted by the members during the Annual ILGA-Europe Conference in Brussels in 2018.

We are currently analysing the election process for ILGA-Europe’s Executive Board and we are requesting feedback regarding this. Please complete below questionnaire with your comments. Other questionnaires will follow later for other areas of Governance.
