Complimentary press registrations are available to registered press and those writing for publications relevant to the content of the HIV Glasgow meeting. They are not available to medical communications agencies or other organisations commissioned by pharmaceutical companies to cover sessions whether from a competitor intelligence perspective or commercial perspective.

As the Congress is single-session format, press places will be limited in number to one per publication or organisation if an in-person press registration is sought. If a virtual registration is sought, the Congress will grant up to virtual two press places per publication or organisation due to the intensity of on-line viewing for long-periods of time. With the permission of faculty/pharmaceutical companies, it is anticipated that the majority of content will be available post-meeting on demand; if there are however key sessions that are required to be covered by you we recommend real-time viewing via the Congress portal at the designated live presentation time to avoid disappointment in case permission for post-meeting webcast is not finally granted.
