Journey Mapping is a process that can be used in healthcare, research, education and community settings to better understand and improve healthcare experiences and outcomes.
Our team, led by Professor Janet Kelly, have been involved in conducting journey mapping and co-designing journey mapping tools and activities since 2008, including the
Managing Two Worlds Together and
Health Journey Mapping projects.
