2016-17 Mentor/Coach Evidence of Current Knowledge and Practice

If you have already completed the comprehensive, year-long IPA Mentor and Coach Development Program, you may continue in the ongoing phase of the program, the IPA Mentor and Coach Continued Development Program, at no extra cost, and be eligible for mentoring and coaching contracts. However, in order to maintain your eligibility for a contract to mentor or coach for IPA, you must:

1. Ensure that your IPA membership is current
2. Complete the 2016-17 Mentor/Coach Background Information survey form with your updated information

3. Complete this survey form, Evidence of Current Knowledge and Practice

4. Register and participate in the IPA Mentor and Coach Continuing Development Program, which involves participating in two

    webinars (no fee)
