Each year, the Angus Australia Foundation awards two scholarships annually to give Angus Australia members the opportunity to participate in the informative and innovative Angus National Conference.

Open to all, the Angus Australia National Conference provides attendees with the opportunity to network with industry professionals and touch base with other cattle producers.

This year the Angus Australia National Conference will be held in Ballarat on the 18th and 19th of May. More information can be found here: https://www.angusaustralia.com.au/angus-national-conference-heads-to-ballarat/

In addition to the Angus Australia National Conference, a Pre-Conference Tour will take place on the 17th of May. Hosted by Angus Youth but open to all members, the tour will visit Murdeduke; a progressive mixed farming operation incorporating beef cattle, pork and prime lamb production, along with an intensive cropping enterprise and Genetics Australia; Australia's largest artificial breeding supplier to both the dairy and beef industries.

Members aged between 18 and 30 with a commitment to the Australian Beef Industry and the Angus breed are encouraged to apply.

Each scholarship recipient will be provided with $1500 to help cover the costs associated with attending the conference, (for example, flights, accommodation and the conference registration fee).
