On behalf of the Town of Chesterfield, the Hilltown CDC is applying for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding for FY25. These resources support essential services in the hilltowns including senior chore assistance, ride share opportunities, food pantry access, necessary home repairs and much more. Your participation in this survey helps to make our funding possible. Thank you for your time!
