Training and Skills Shortage survey

6% of survey complete.

Since the introduction of the Master Glazier program there has been a lot happening in 2016/17. Additional training to be rolled out will include a new AS/NZ1288 Accredited program, safety, balustrades, IGU installation, customer service and many more scheduled for 2017.

So to ensure that the glass and glazing industry has access to the best training programs and processes we are asking for your feedback. Let AGGA know what will help you in running your business, have your voice heard and help change your industry for the better.

Responses from previous training surveys have helped to change how training is delivered to members. We now have online programs, more flexibility in the trade qualification, changes to state construction acts, apprentice and mentor programs, new career pathways, Master Glazier status, Accredited company, CPD for glaziers and much more.

This survey will also collect data on current and expected future skilled shortages of our trade glaziers. If your business is likely to be affected by glazier shortages in the future, please take a few minutes to complete the relevant part of this survey.

This survey will take about 10 minutes to complete and all responses are treated confidentially.

You will also be awarded 1 CPD point for completing the survey. Remember to record your Master or Certified Glazier registration number in Question 37

The survey is open to all AGGA members and, for the 2017 survey only, non members as well.

Thank you for your time in completing this survey. If you have any questions please call;
