This award is for Human Resources individuals and those that service the HR profession who have a strong legacy of service to Human Resources and who have gone above and beyond to advance the profession with a minimum service of 5 years.

Some examples may be:
- Recognized as the go-to person when you need a helping hand.
- Is always there to provide resources and or advice in the HR realm.
- Is seen as someone who can almost always solve problems, be a sounding board.
- Is a constant source of connecting people you need to know (network with).
- Has a service heart to help and promote / grow their HR tribe.
