HIV s100 Prescriber Case Study submission form

Introduction

Thank you for submitting a case study for the Victorian HIV s100 Prescriber Case Discussion series.

You will receive 1 Prescriber Point per submission, regardless of whether your case is selected for a deep dive during the discussion. You are eligible to receive a maximum of 4 Prescriber Points per calendar year for participation in this Discussion Group.

In the 2025 Annual Prescriber Survey we asked what future learning topics were most important, and the following were the top 4 responses we received:
• Complex co-morbidity management
• Polypharmacy and drug-drug interactions
• HIV drug resistance
• HIV and ageing

While you are more than welcome to submit any case for discussion, we particularly encourage cases that touch on the above topics.

Please remember to remove all identifying information from your case before submitting. This includes: Names (including initials or nicknames that could identify a person), dates of birth, addresses, suburbs or other location details, phone numbers or email addresses, client, case, file or reference numbers, organisation, service, school or workplace names, specific dates of events that could identify the person, and unique circumstances that could reasonably identify an individual.
