3.Option #1: Summary of feedback

If you have selected Option #1, please provide a brief summary of your feedback on the resource, noting that there is also an option below to upload an amended version of the document.
4.Option #1: Upload an amended version of the resource

If you selected Option #1 and have a considerable amount of feedback, please consider uploading an amended version of the resource using the function below.

When uploading the resource, please ensure you do the following:

1. Ensure any amendments are in track changes

2. Email the NEMA Recovery Team at recovery@nema.govt.nz and let us know that you have provided feedback.

3. When emailing the NEMA Recovery Team, please indicate if you are comfortable with a member of the Recovery Toolkit Project Team following up with you if required. Following up with you will allow us to share how your feedback has been incorporated and clarify any points we may require further information on.
