Central Health - Feedback on Performance Review Process

We want to hear from you.

The Central Health Board of Managers is planning to hire an independent consultant to lead a performance review related to the fulfillment of its mission: By caring for those who need it most, Central Health improves the health of our community.

The consultant will review Central Health’s processes and functions regarding planning and budgeting, presentation of financial information, and organizational governance.

Central Health will use the findings from the review process to useful feedback to help us continue to meet our mission. Central Health will also look at peer organizations, where appropriate, for learnings that can help us improve our performance.

Public input is important to the overall success of the performance review, which will help guide the essential work Central Health performs.
